Sunset ClauseThe U.S. has too many laws, there are taxes and laws that are obsolete and rediculous. The solution to all the rediculous little laws is to add a Constitutional amendment that is a Sunset clause , causing every law to need to be re-enacted each 5 years. Adding to, it that all the laws should have to be voted on with an attending rolecall vote only, and with a vote for each law on it's own(no grouping). This approach would keep Congress busy enough that they would have to concentrate on useful laws and reject laws that are a waste of time. Some new laws have been the mandated sale of 1.5gal flush toilet and up comming is one on requiring flourecent curley light bulbs Discuss this article on the forums. (0 posts)
